What Tutorio can do

Everything Tutorio does instead of you: schedule, packages, payments, analytics, leads, a material library, homework submission and reminders — and what each one is for.

Students and contacts

Student cards

Everything about a student in one place: contacts, subject, level, age, school year and notes.

💡 Did you know? Each student can have their own lesson price — the system fills it in automatically.

Holidays for students and groups

A holiday period for a student or a whole group — without removing anyone from your records.

💡 Did you know? No scheduled lessons are created during a holiday, and any already scheduled can be cancelled in one click. When it ends, everything resumes by itself.

Groups

Put students into groups for shared lessons, with one schedule and one set of records.

💡 Did you know? A group can track payment per student — you can see who has paid and who has not.

Parents

Keep parents’ contact details and link them to students, so getting in touch is easy.

💡 Did you know? Progress and homework can go to the parents instead — handy for younger students.

Scheduling

Calendar

See every lesson by day and week, and manage your schedule visually.

💡 Did you know? A lesson can be moved by dragging it — no forms at all.

Automatic schedules

Set the days and times once, and lessons are created ahead automatically.

💡 Did you know? Schedules suit people who take payment after each lesson. If you work with packages, choose a package — it builds the schedule too.

Calendar sync

Your lessons appear by themselves in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar on iPhone or Mac, or Outlook — beside everything else in your day.

💡 Did you know? Google can be connected directly, and then changes reach your calendar within a minute. For iPhone and everything else there is a personal subscription link.

Clash detection

The system warns you when a new lesson overlaps one already scheduled.

💡 Did you know? Clashes are checked for a whole schedule in advance — you will not double-book a slot by accident.

Flexible cancellation

Cancel a lesson and choose whether it is charged for — and who cancelled it (you, the student or the group).

💡 Did you know? A lesson cancelled “and paid” counts toward income; “not charged” returns it to the package balance. The reason stays visible in the history.

Money and packages

Lesson packages

Sell lessons as a set (4 or 10, say): the system tracks the balance and the payment and builds the schedule.

💡 Did you know? This is the main way to use Tutorio. Payment can be up front or after the fact — a package covers both.

Partial payment

Take payment for a package in instalments and keep track of what is still owed.

💡 Did you know? Tutorio works out what is left and reminds you about unpaid packages.

Payment reminders to students and parents

The bot messages the student or their parents on Telegram about an unpaid balance — listing the lessons and packages, with your payment details.

💡 Did you know? By default the bot only asks for what has already been taught; for prepayment there is an “in advance” mode. It writes only between 10:00 and 20:00 in the student’s own time, offers an “I have paid” button, and goes quiet if the amount does not change. Parents get one message for all their children, and you can send a reminder by hand any time.

Income analytics

See your income, how many lessons you taught and your most active students, for any period.

💡 Did you know? Income is split between lessons and packages, and the change over a period is shown as a percentage.

Payment report with export

Build a detailed report of every payment in a period — filtered by source, student or group — and export it to Excel.

💡 Did you know? Every row is one entry with its date, amount and type, and the total is worked out for you. Handy for reconciliation and for your accountant.

Other income and expensesPro

Record income that is not from lessons — selling your own materials, a consultation, marking work — with your own spending on services and ads beside it.

💡 Did you know? The report then shows your full monthly income from every source, and what is left after costs. Regular costs like subscriptions can be set to repeat, so you enter them once rather than every month.

Multiple currencies

Run students, packages and lessons in different currencies — ₴, $, €, £ — each with its own.

💡 Did you know? In analytics, income in different currencies is shown separately or converted into one at a rate that updates automatically every night.

Communication

Telegram reminders

The system reminds students about lessons for you — fewer no-shows, no manual work.

💡 Did you know? Each student sees the time in their own time zone — even when you and they are in different cities.

Your schedule on Telegram

The bot writes to you personally: in the morning, today’s lessons; at 20:00, tomorrow’s.

💡 Did you know? The morning summary comes an hour before your first lesson, and rescheduled lessons carry their original time. On days without lessons the bot says nothing, and each summary can be switched on separately.

Homework on Telegram

Send homework to a student or their parents straight from the lesson card.

💡 Did you know? You can attach files, and it all goes in one message. A due date can be set, and the system marks anything overdue.

Submitted work to review

The student sends their finished assignment from their portal — a photo, a file or text — and it lands in your review queue.

💡 Did you know? You can accept the work (which marks the assignment done straight away) or send it back with a comment — the student sees it and submits again. The badge in the menu shows how many are waiting.

Student and parent portal

Their own portal, where students and parents see the schedule, homework with materials, marks and payments — without asking you in a messenger.

💡 Did you know? One parent account covers all of their children, and you decide separately for each whether payments are visible.

Support inside the app

A support button right in your workspace: describe the question or problem and get an answer from the Tutorio team in the same place, with no email and no waiting.

💡 Did you know? It is not only for you — your students and parents have it in their portal too, so when something does not work they write to us rather than to you.

Learning progress

Progress tracker

Record marks, homework completion and engagement in the lesson — with clear charts.

💡 Did you know? A student’s progress is visible on a chart — handy for showing parents real improvement.

Material library

Your store of working files and links: upload once, hand out in two clicks instead of hunting through folders on your computer.

💡 Did you know? Folders, search, sorting and a bin — and a material’s card shows who already has it, with access you can take back. Hand it out on its own or together with homework; the student sees the file in their portal and on Telegram.

Test results

Record scores for tests and assessments and track the pass rate.

💡 Did you know? Set a pass mark and Tutorio tells you whether the student passed.

Lesson journal

Keep notes for every lesson: what you covered, what you set, with materials attached.

💡 Did you know? The journal keeps the history for each student — easy to remember where you left off.

Group attendance

Mark who was at each group lesson right in the group list — one tap.

💡 Did you know? Attendance statistics are kept per student, and “absent, not charged” is marked separately — so you can see what to charge for.

Winning clients

Lead pipeline

Move prospective students through the stages — from first contact to becoming a student.

💡 Did you know? You can schedule a trial lesson (free or paid) and then convert the lead into a student in one click.

Online booking

A link where a student picks a free time in your schedule themselves.

💡 Did you know? No portal account needed: post the link on Instagram or Telegram — a booking becomes a lesson in your calendar, and a new client becomes a lead.
