Terms of Use

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Tutorio platform. This document sets out the rights and obligations of anyone using it.

In effect from: 13 July 2026

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using the Tutorio platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using the Service.

By ticking the consent box during registration you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. They are legally binding.

These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them.

2. Description of the service

Tutorio is a cloud CRM platform built for private tutors. The service provides the following core functions:

  • Planning and managing a lesson schedule (one-off and recurring).
  • Records of students, their contact details and their progress.
  • Managing payments, lesson packages and outstanding balances.
  • Income and workload analytics.
  • Notifications and a notification centre for the tutor.
  • Group lessons.
  • Generating receipts as PDFs.

The platform reserves the right to change, extend or limit the Service’s functionality at any time, giving advance notice of material changes.

3. Registration and your account

To use Tutorio you need to create an account. When registering you agree:

  • To provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • To update your details if they change.
  • To keep your password confidential and not to give access to third parties.
  • To be responsible for everything done under your account.
  • To tell the platform immediately about any unauthorised access to your account.

One account is for one tutor. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have full legal capacity to accept these Terms.

We recommend a strong, unique password that you do not use on other services.

4. Acceptable use

In using Tutorio, you agree not to:

  • Breach the applicable law of Ukraine or international law.
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful or offensive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Tutorio’s systems or data, or to those of other users.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without the platform’s written permission.
  • Overload the Service’s infrastructure through denial-of-service attacks or other means.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unwanted communications.
Breaching these rules may lead to immediate suspension of the account without prior warning and without any right to compensation.

5. Your content

All content you enter into Tutorio (student data, lesson records, notes, financial data and so on) remains yours (“User Content”).

By providing Content, you grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store and process that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

  • The platform claims no ownership of User Content.
  • Your data is not used to train algorithms or sold to third parties.
  • After an account is deleted, Content is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the student data you enter was obtained and is processed on a lawful basis (including with consent, where the law requires it).

6. Payment and subscription

Tutorio works on a “free plus Pro” model. The base plan is free and limited by the number of students and groups (whatever their status; archived ones don’t count); the Pro plan lifts these limits and also opens the finance journal and more storage for materials. Payment terms:

  • Current prices and plan limits are shown on the home page and in the “Subscription” section of your workspace. Prices are shown in the currency you are billed in — Ukrainian hryvnia (₴), or US dollars or euros where available — with no hidden charges.
  • Payment is taken through the WayForPay payment service. Card details are entered on the payment service’s side: Tutorio does not receive the full card number, its expiry date or the CVV. For automatic renewal we keep only the card token issued by WayForPay (encrypted) and its masked number, so we can show which card is linked.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period, provided a card is linked to it. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time under “Subscription” — access stays until the end of the period already paid for. If Pro is active thanks to a bonus or a promo code and no card is linked, nothing is charged: when the period ends, the account moves to the free plan, and we warn you by email in advance.
  • If a payment fails, Pro access continues for a few more days while we retry the charge. After that the account returns to the free plan — no data is deleted.
  • Refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy. The full terms of service are in the Public Offer Agreement.

Public Offer Agreement · Refund Policy

A price change is never applied retroactively to existing subscribers: a new price takes effect from the next billing period, and we tell you in advance.

7. Intellectual property

Tutorio and everything associated with it — design, code, logos, trade marks, texts, algorithms — is the exclusive property of Tutorio and is protected by Ukrainian intellectual property law.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business purposes.
  • Copying, reproducing or distributing any Tutorio material without written permission is prohibited.
  • The name “Tutorio” and the logo are protected marks and may not be used without permission.

If you believe the platform has infringed intellectual property rights, write to legal@tutorio.net.

8. Privacy

Processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Using Tutorio means consenting to the processing of personal data in line with the Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

The platform aims for the highest possible availability and the least possible downtime, but uninterrupted 24/7 operation is not guaranteed.

  • Maintenance may be carried out with prior notice.
  • Force majeure may temporarily affect availability.
  • The platform is not liable for losses caused by the Service being unavailable.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Warranties of the accuracy or completeness of any information.

The platform is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information obtained through the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tutorio is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
  • Loss of profit, data or business opportunity.
  • The acts of third parties, including unauthorised access to a user’s account.
  • The platform’s total liability does not exceed the amounts you paid over the last 12 months, or ₴1,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits the platform’s liability where such a limit is prohibited by law, in particular for fraud or wilful harm.

12. Termination of access

You may delete your account at any time by writing to support@tutorio.net from the email address the account is registered to. After deletion:

  • Access to the Service ends immediately.
  • Data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without prior warning where there is:

  • A breach of these Terms of Use.
  • A suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  • A failure to meet financial obligations (where the service is paid for).
  • A lawful order from an authorised body.

13. Changes to the terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Users will be told about material changes by email or through the notification centre at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you agree to the updated Terms. If you disagree, you may delete your account before the date they take effect.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Ukraine. Any dispute arising in connection with use of the Service is subject to resolution in the courts of Ukraine under the applicable procedural law.

Before going to court, the parties undertake to try to resolve the dispute through negotiation for 30 days. To begin negotiations, write to legal@tutorio.net .
